Teens Songwriting Class

You have songs in you that no one else can write. We need the voice of your generation to help inform the choices we make in the 21st Century. Songs are that

important!

In this class you will learn the craft of songwriting in an atmosphere of openness and support. You will be encouraged to take influence from songs you love — and to bring your ‘own voice’ to the songs you write.

As the class progresses, we will hear each other’s songs in progress in a ‘song circle’. Students will also have an opportunity to perform their completed song in a recital.

This class is perfect for teenagers age 12-15 years old. Students should have a knowledge of basic chords. Please contact Paula with any questions!
